At Quilter Labs, we stand behind the precision and performance of our high-quality amplifiers and pedals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, power cables, and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship to Quilter Labs

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
